Reasons Outlook is better than Gmail

There are several reasons that allow Outlook to overtake Gmail. Some of them are the following:

Outlook doesn’t require constant Internet connectivity

The first important benefit of choosing Outlook over Gmail is its ability to show up and search emails even when you’re offline.  You can continue to use Outlook for Web in an offline mode. For instance, you can read and respond to your emails, or compose new emails. Similarly, you can view and edit your calendar, check in the meeting requests and view and alter the contacts. As soon as you’re connected to the Internet, Outlook for Web will automatically send the email.

Important: This feature is no longer available in New Outlook for Web. In order to use this feature, you must switch to Old Outlook for Web.

Manage Multiple Email Accounts

Another key feature of Microsoft Outlook is its impressive ability to filter, categorize and prioritize emails arriving from different email addresses with domains that are different. This allows you to check your Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail messages from one place.
