Duplicate Excel and Other Spreadsheet Files in PC

You have to compare the content of each sheet to find the duplicate Spreadsheets.  It is hard to find duplicate Spreadsheets manually. However, this task can be completed easily by an advanced tool. Clone Files Checker is the software with advanced algorithms to find and Delete Duplicate Spreadsheets.

Cone Files Checker works automatically to dedupe documents in your computer. Follow the steps below: 

Step 1:

Add Scan Location: After downloading, install the Clone Files Checker software in your PC. On the left side, you will see the Add button in the main window. By clicking it you can browse and Add multiple folders as per your requirements. 

Step 2:  

Apply Filters: You can better control the whole process in Step 2. Here you will see All Files and Custom options. All Files option will scan all types of files whereas the Custom option will scan specific file types. These files may be Documents, Images, Videos, Archives, and Music. After that, you will see Ignore Files options which allow you to set file size parameters to refine your scan. 

You should select Custom | Documents for your first scan of the spreadsheet files. The scan will begin right after clicking the Start Scan button.

Step 3:

Fix Duplicates: After the scan is completed a message will pop up which should display these options: Fix Wizard and Review and Fix. You can choose either of them. 

Now the files with the same content will appear on your screen as the Spreadsheet duplicates. Here you can see more information about files. You can also check and uncheck the files one by one. After clicking the Select Duplicates button you have to select dupes for removal. To delete all the duplicates at once, click the Select Action button.
