Error 2032 can occur while watching videos on the Internet. Your web browser refuses to play the video and shows this error message.

Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and check whether the problem still persists.

Website Certification Problem

The website that you are accessing may have certification errors. Diagnose the problem by clearing SSL state and changing SSL security settings.

Disable Flash Hardware Acceleration

Disable the hardware acceleration feature of Adobe Flash Player.

  • Make sure Adobe Flash Player plug-in is not disabled. (Go to Manage Add-Ons dialog as described in the "Disable Third Party Add-Ons" paragraph.)
  • Visit Flash Player Version Finder page.
  • Scroll down the page till you see a heading "Find the version of Flash Player installed on your computer".
  • In this particular section your current Flash Player version will be displayed along with OS and browser name & version. Just right click that part, select Settings from the context menu. Do not right click on the text boxes containing values. Right click on labels, for example, Your OS, Your Browser etc.
  • Uncheck the box named "Enable hardware acceleration" and then click Close.
  • Restart your web browser.

Enable the Automatic Cookie Handling

Make sure the automatic cookie handling feature is enabled.

  • Press Windows Key.
  • Type “inetcpl.cpl” in the Search Box.
  • Open that from the Search Results. Internet Options dialog box will open.
  • Click the Privacy tab and then Advanced button.
  • Check-up the box named “Override automatic cookie handling”.
  • Click OK twice.

For Google Chrome:

  • Type “chrome://settings/content#cookie” in the Address Bar.
  • Press ENTER.
  • Select the option named “Allow sites to ask to become default handlers for protocols (recommended)”.
  • Click Finished button.
 

Remove all Websites from the Restricted Sites List

If there are any websites added to the restricted sites list, remove them all. Here’s how:

  • Open the Internet Options dialog.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the Restricted Sites icon.
  • Click the Sites button and then delete all the values from the List Box.
  • Click OK twice.
 

Set the Default Security Zone

From the same Internet Options dialog change the security zone.

  • Open the Internet Options dialog.
  • Click the Security tab, and then set the default level.
  • Click OK.
